Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with 30 days free. No credit card required, no automatic billing after the trial. You only pay when you choose to subscribe.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from the Methang app. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle, and we never lock your data.
How is payment handled?
Subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Prices may show in your local currency at checkout.
What counts as a staff user?
Anyone you invite to the Methang app for your business — store managers, sales staff, accountants. The owner does not count toward the limit.
Do you offer team or annual discounts?
